智能化立体车库存取车优化控制策略的研究

摘要:文章通过对智能化立体车库的研究,阐述了中国目前发展立体车库的重要性,介绍了目前应 用较广的几种立体车库。主要比较分析了两种典型的立体车库的存取车优化控制策略,即选取 不同的目标函数—时间和能耗,建立他们的存取车优化控制策略并对其仿真结果进行分析,进 而说明目前对存取车优化控制策略的研究现状及其在立体车库中的重要性。最后简要介绍了目 前大多数立体车库所采取的控制系统——可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)在立体车库中的应用,并 指出数字信号处理器(DSP)在立体车库的应用终将取代 PLC 的趋势。

   Abstract: Through the research of the intelligent solid garage, this paper expatiate the importance of develop solid garage in china at present, and introduce several kinds of solid garage which apply quite extensive these days. Compare and analyze the process of storage-retrieval between two typical solid garage mainly, then set up their control strategy of storage- retrieval based on different function of object and analyze the result of simulation, then show actuality of the research about control strategy presently and the importance of the control strategy in the solid garage. Finally recommend the control system adopt by most of solid garage at the present time-the application of Programmer Logic Control in the solid garage, and indicate the trend of appliance of Digital Signal Processing in solid garage will one day replace the PLC.
