三电平中点箝位型逆变器SPWM控制策略的研究

摘要
本文以中点钳位型三电平逆变器为模型，介绍了载波反向SPWM、载波同向SPWM和基于注入三次谐波SPWM三种控制策略。用MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件对三电平逆变器SPWM 进行了仿真研究；并构建了三电平NPC逆变器实验平台进行了实验研究。仿真和实验结果证实了SPWM方法的有效性。

Abstract: This paper introduces SPWM technology applied to three-level Neutral-point-clamped inverter, presents emphatically the thought and model. Pulse width modulation methods are frequently used in adjusting the output voltage of the three-level Neutral-point-clamped inverter. Several PWM methods are introduced. Simulation and experiment results show that the SPWM method is satisfied and effective.
