中红外发光稀土掺杂硫系玻璃的研究进展
摘 要:2~5m 波段中红外激光在遥感、测距、环境检测、生物工程和医疗等领域有着广阔的发展前景和重要的应用价值,己成为光电子技术领域
中最尖端的课题之一。利用固体激光器泵浦稀土离子掺杂的硫系玻璃光纤产生荧光发射是直接获得 2~5m 波段中红外激光的有效途径。综合评述了
近年来国外在中红外发光稀土离子掺杂硫系玻璃方面的研究进展,讨论了影响硫系玻璃中红外发光的各种因素,展望了未来该领域的研究方向和发展
前景。

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF RARE EARTH IONS DOPED CHALCOGENIDE GLASSES FOR
MID-INFRARED LUMINESCENCE

Abstract: The mid-infrared laser in the range of 2–5m has been developed to apply to the fields of remote sensing, ranging, envi-
ronmental monitoring, biological engineering and medical treatment, etc.. Luminescence emission from the rare-earth ions in chalco-
genide glass fiber which was pumped by solid-state laser is an effective and direct way to obtain the mid-infrared laser in the region of
2–5m. This review represents the recent development on the studies of rare-earth doped chalcogenide glass for mid-infrared lumi-
nescence abroad and analyzed the factors influencing the mid-infrared luminescence in chalcogenide glass. Further studies on this
aspect were mentioned and prospected.

2~5m 中红外波段激光位于大气的 3 个传输窗口(1~3m,3~5m,8~14m)内,并且覆盖了许多重要的分子特征谱线,因此,在遥感、测距、环境检测、生物工程和医疗等领域有着广泛的应用,具体包括:战术导弹尾焰红外辐射模拟、人眼安全的激光雷达、激光定向红外干扰等军事用途以及遥感化学传感、空气污染控制(环境中 10–9 级含量的甲醛、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、硫化氢、三氢化砷等有害气体的检测)、激光手术刀等民事应用;[1–4] 此外,
