摘 要
随着社会文明的发展,人们的生活日趋完善,对洗衣机的要求也越来越高。人们在要求洗衣机的洗净率高的同时,还要箱体装配安全可靠、运行自动化程度高、洗衣机的震动小、噪音小。所以本设计涉及到了洗衣机的减震系统,考虑到了程序控制器的自动化程度。
本设计主要涉及XQG50-166滚筒洗衣机的总体设计、传动系统和操作系统的设计。总体部分包括洗衣机的基本结构、工作原理和洗衣机减震系统。传动部分设计包括建立电动机的动态模型和带传动的设计。操作部分设计包括操作面板及其上面的按钮、旋钮的尺寸的设计,还有按钮、旋钮的功能的设计。特别是程序控制器旋钮,充分考虑到了洗涤程序的完整性,自动化程度高,还考虑到了不同的衣物对洗涤程序的不同要求。本设计顺应滚筒洗衣机的发展潮流,对滚筒洗衣机的发展有一定的参考价值。

Design on XQG50-166 drum washing machine-the overall scheme, operation and drive system design
Abstract
With the development of our society and improvement of people's living conditions, the demand for the washing machines has become more sophisticated. The washing machine must have the higher washing rate. At the same time, it is also need to secure the box assembly, the high automation, small vibration and noise. Therefore, this paper designs the damping system of washing machine, and takes into account the automation of the controller.
This paper involves the overall design, drive system and operation system design of the XQG50-166 drum washing machining. The overall design includes the basic structure, working principle and the damping system. The drive system includes the establishment of motor dynamic model and belt drive design. The operation system includes the design of guidance panel, and the design of the size and function of the buttons on the guidance panel. The design of the controller fully takes into account the integrity of the washing process, the high automation, and the different demand on the washing procedures of the different clothes. This design of XQG50-166 drum washing machines conforms to the development trend and has some reference value.
