摘要
座椅减振是座椅生产和建设的基础工程,在座椅工业中具有基础性的关键地位。本设计力图结合行业标准和设计规范,根据工作要求和设计目的进行座椅减振总体方案设计与液压系统设计,确定符合要求的座椅减振的总体参数。
在液压系统设计部分,基本上确定各零部件的液压使用原理及参数计算。这里分析计算了截割部、行走机构、装运机构、中间运输机等载荷分析。马达部分的确定:装载部的星轮机构马达、行走机构的驱动马达、中间运输机的驱动马达等。油缸部分的确定:升降油缸、回转油缸、伸缩油缸、履带行走机构的张紧油缸、铲板部的升举油缸的计算设计。
液压缸的结构设计部分,进行了伸缩油缸的机构设计计算,并绘制零件图。也进行了泵站的参数计算确定和液压系统的计算,评估液压系统性能。
最后进行座椅减振的通过性分析与稳定性分析。

Abstract
Roadheader is the foundation of the Coal Industry. In the coal industry, Roadheader is in the key foundation status. This paper attempts to combine industry standards and design specifications, in accordance with the requirements and design of general purpose, make general design of longitudinal roadheader and design of hydraulic system, determined to meet the requirements of the overall tunneling machine parameters.
In the design of the hydraulic system, this paper basically establishes the principle of the use of hydraulic components and parameters. Here analysis of the cutting unit, operating agencies, shipping agencies, transport planes, and other intermediate load analysis. The set of Motor part include: the motor of star ferry carrying, the drive motor running, the middle of the drive motor and other transport planes. Part of the fuel tanks identified: the fuel tank movements, rotary fuel tank, the fuel tank of stretching, walking track the take-up fuel tanks, shovel board or give the Department of the calculation of the fuel tank design.
Cylinder part of the structural design, the paper discusses a telescopic design of the fuel tank of the bodies, parts and drawing plans. Also had a pumping station and determine the parameters of the hydraulic system, hydraulic system performance assessment.
Finally, roadheader through analysis and stability analysis is discussed.
