摘要
随着公路质量的提高,交通状况的改善以及汽车动力性能的提高,车辆的行驶速度也越来越高,由此而产生的一系列轮胎不平衡问题也日趋明显。此外,汽车在不平衡状况下行驶,不仅导致车轮快速畸形磨损,大大降低零部件的使用寿命,更严重危及驾驶员和乘坐人员的生命安全。基于对不平衡问题的校正,目前,国内外对动平衡机的设计研究也在不断地更新换代,向着经济效益好,实用性强的良性方向发展。
本文主要通过动平衡理论知识的学习,在对动平衡技术的分析后,提出的动平衡机总成设计模块的方案,并对振动系统进行了动力建模,总结了动平衡机支架系统,测量系统和驱动系统的设计方法。在支架的设计中,更提出了弹性元件的优化设计方法,为动平衡机的设计奠定了专业基础。

Abstract
Along with the road quality's enhancement, traffic condition's improvement as well as automobile dynamic quality's enhancement, vehicles' moving velocity is also getting higher and higher, from this produces a series of tire not balanced question day by day is also obvious. In addition, the automobile goes under not the balanced condition, not only causes the wheel fast abnormal attrition, reduces the spare part greatly the service life, endangers the pilot seriously and rides personnel's safety. Based on to not balanced question adjustment, at present, domestic and foreign to dynamic balancing machine's design research also unceasingly renewal, turns toward the economic efficiency to be good, the usable strong benign direction develops.
This article mainly through transient equilibrium theoretical knowledge study, in after transient equilibrium technology analysis, proposed the dynamic balancing machine unit design module's plan, and has carried on the power modelling to the vibrating system, summarized the dynamic balancing machine support system, the measurement system and driving system's design method. In support's design, proposed elastic element's optimization design method, has laid the specialized foundation for dynamic balancing machine's design.
