摘要:
课题以多用途特殊移动作业机器人为研究对象,针对此提出的机器人需要实现的功能和需要满足的性能指标,并结合当前机器人技术的发展,设计出一种能搭载有多种装置的移动机器人平台。机器人可以用于消防、侦查以及探测等危险作业。
移动转台总体采用主动轮、从动轮等轮系结构设计,并采用带传动方式。在总体结构的基础上,对回转系统和俯仰系统作了研究。对转台自由度以及实现自由度的机械结构进行了设计及详细计算。同时对搭载转台驱动系统进行了计算分析,得到了适合设计要求的完整方案。
计算结果对性能的优化以及驱动系统、机械系统的设计优化给予了直接的理论依据。同时,对移动机器人关键零件进行了应力及变形校核,确保设计满足强度要求。
最后对多用途特殊移动作业机器人的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract
In this paper the multipurpose special Mobile Robot is studied. With the current development of robot technology a mobile robot platform which can carry a variety of devices is designed according to the functional and performance indicators. The mobile robot can be used for fire protection, Reconnaissance, detection and other dangerous operations.
Overall the active wheels moving turntable driven pulley, the transmission structure design, and as the transmission way. In general, on the basis of the structure of rotation system and the pitch system were studied. Freedom and freedom of turntable of mechanical structure design and detailed calculation. While driving system for carrying turntable is calculated and analyzed, the design requirements for the complete solutions.
Calculation results of the performance optimization and its drive system, optimize the design of mechanical system, to direct the theory basis. At the same time, the key parts of mobile robot the stress and deformation checking to ensure that the design meets the required strength.
Finally on multipurpose special mobile robot’s homework was prospected.
