摘要
高岭土是一种宝贵的自然资源和重要的非金属矿产,也是地壳上分布最广,被人类利用最为普遍的矿产之一。然而高岭土中普遍含有铁、钛矿物和有机质等染色杂质,且影响其烧结白度及其它性能,因而这样将会大大降低高岭土的质量,并限制了高岭土的应用范围。本文介绍了高岭土矿产资源的储量和分布,以及高岭土加工技术的发展现状,并且重点介绍了用保险粉还原漂白加络合的实验研究成果,分析了保险粉、草酸的用量以及PH,温度,反应时间,液固比等因素对增白效果的影响,该方法显著提高了高岭土的白度,有效降低了高岭土中铁的含量,为这种高岭土的增白提供了一种简便有效的增白方法。实验结果表明,最后产品白度由原来的75.31提高至83.53%,大大提高了其经济价值。

Abstract
Kaolin is a valuable and important natural resources, non-metallic minerals, the earth’s crust is the most widely distributed by humans to use one of the most common mineral. However, generally containing iron in kaolin, titanium minerals and organic matter, such as coloring impurities, and affect the sintering and other properties of whiteness, so this will greatly reduce the quality of kaolin, and limits the scope of application of kaolin. In this paper, kaolin reserves of mineral resources, distribution, as well as the development of kaolin processing technology status, and focuses on the use of insurance increases bleaching powder to restore the complex experimental research results, analysis of the insurance powder, the amount of oxalic acid, as well as PH, temperature, reaction time, the liquid-solid solution and other factors than the whitening effect of the method significantly improved the whiteness of kaolin and effectively reduced the iron content of kaolin, kaolin whitening for this provides a simple and effective method of whitening. The experimental results show that the whiteness of the final product from 75.31 to 83.53 percent, greatly improved its economic value.
