摘要
焦虑作为情感因素之一,对外语学习有着重要的影响。根据上世纪80年代末以来Horwitz等人对外语学习焦虑这一领域研究,外语学习焦虑主要包括考试焦虑,交际焦虑以及负面评价焦虑三个方面。然而,交际是学习外语的首要目的,对于高中生这一特殊群体,交际焦虑深深地影响着其英语口语交际能力的发展。
本文在关于外语焦虑和英语交际能力在心理学和语言教学中的研究成果的基础上,通过调查问卷,对来自贺州市三所不同学校的高一年级的185名高中生在英语学习中的交际焦虑的现状进行调查,从而了解当前高中生英语学习中交际焦虑的状况。
调查发现交际焦虑确实存在高中生英语学习中且相当普遍。并且根据调查结果, 作者发现交际焦虑产生的外部因素和内部因素。同时,在这次调查中,根据相关研究,作者还提出了降低英语学习中交际焦虑的方法策略,例如,创造活跃轻松的学习氛围。
由于条件和作者自身的经验知识限制,这次调查研究仍然存在一定的局限性。但是在一定程度上,这次调查研究在帮助高中生降低英语学习中的交际焦虑上有一定的启示,从而帮助他们提高英语交际能力,达到外语学习的真正目的。

Abstract
Anxiety, as one of effective factors, has momentous influence on foreign language learning. On the basis of the researches of Horwitz et al. in 1980s,that showed that the foreign language anxiety includes three components:communication apprehension,test anxiety and fear of negative evaluation. Nevertheless, communication is the primary purpose of foreign language learning. What’s more, as for the senior high school students, which is regarded as a special group, communication anxiety deeply influences the development of their English communication competence.
Based on the research achievements of foreign language anxiety and English communication competence in the psychology and the language teaching, this thesis makes an investigation to the communication anxiety situation for 185 senior high school students who come from three different schools of He Zhou city by means of questionnaires, then finds out the current state of the communication anxiety for senior high school students in English learning.
This survey shows that communication anxiety really exists in the senior high school, and the situation of this phenomenon is quite common. Also, according to the result of the study, the writer can find out the sources of communication anxiety: external factors and internal factors. Meanwhile, in accordance with the related researches and the present researches, the writer also puts forward to the methods on reducing the communication anxiety, such as creating the lively and relaxing learning atmosphere.
Due to the restrictions of the objective condition and the experience knowledge of the writer, there are still some limitations in this study. However, to some extent, this study has the certain enlightenment on the communication anxiety of senior high school students in English learning, and helps the students to improve the English communicative competence so as to reach the real purpose of foreign language learning.
