摘要：本次设计的是车床转盘加工工艺及其夹具设计，由于本工件的表面比较复杂，毛坯采用铸造。通过对普通车床转盘零件图及其性能要求的分析研究，合理的设计出了一套工艺规程和铣燕尾的夹具和钻扩铰Ф35H7孔的。运用所学专业知识，查阅相关资料，完成设计任务，在选材过程中使用后，机器的大小联系设备，设计出合理的夹具。

Abstract: The design process is the turning wheel and fixture design, as the workpiece surface is complex, with rough cast. By Wheel Parts Lathe and performance requirements analysis, design a set of reasonable rules and milling process dovetail jig and drill the hole expansion hinge Ф35H7 fixture. Apply the knowledge, access to relevant information, complete the design task, the equipment used in the selection process after the contact of the machine size, design a reasonable fixture.
