摘 要
任何生产机械电气控制系统的设计,都包含两个基本方面:一方面是满足生产机械和工艺的各种控制要求,另一方面是满足电气控制装置本身的制造,使用以及维护的需要。电气设计的基本任务是根据控制要求设计和编制出设备制造和使用维护过程中所必需的图纸、资料、包括电气原理图、电气系统的组件划分与元器件布置图、安装接线图、电气箱图、控制面板及电气安装底版图、非标准紧固件加工图等。本文主要内容如下:
电路设计 根据要求主要为手动控制,所以主要是用接触器,继电器等来控制。电路设计是按照主电路→控制电路→辅助电路→联锁与保护→总体检查→反复修改与完善的步骤进行的。
元件选择 主要包括电动机、接触器、各种保护元件及按钮开关等的型号的选择以及它们的外形尺寸和安装尺寸的选择。所选型号必须满足工艺要求。
控制柜设计 主要包括设计控制柜的外形尺寸和电气元件布置。柜内元件的合理布置,会使操作方便和维修检修安全。

Abstract
For any produces design of the electric control system of machinery, they all include two basic respects: On one hand, meeting the request of production machinery and the controlling of various kinds of the craft; for another, meeting the need of electric control device manufacturing, using and that maintain of itself. The basic task of electric designing is according the requirement to design and offering essential drawing, materials that demand during equipment make and maintenance process, including electric principle picture, division of components and parts in electric system, install wiring diagram, electric case diagram , controlling panel and diagram of electric installing in bottom domain, non-standard fastener processing diagram ,etc.. The main content of this text is as follows:
Circuit design As requested in order to control manually, so mainly realized the controlling by the contactor, relay, etc. It is designed according the following step: the main circuit →Control circuit →auxiliary circuit →Interlock and protect →Overall check →revised and perfecting repeatedly.
Element choice Include the motor machine, contactor, protect component and press button, and also the install choice of size by various kinds for them, including the type choice and external dimension, etc... The type selected must be meet the requirement of technological.
Control board design Mainly include external dimension and diagram of electric component design. Cupboard component assign rationally, will make easy to operate and safely to maintain.
