课程设计 狭窄隧道汽车双向行驶的PLC 共54页，18342字
摘 要
本设计中采用三菱公司生产的FX2N-48MR型PLC 作为控制器,实现对地下隧道口信号灯的控制。主要功能为在没有汽车通过隧道的情况下，PLC循环执行相应的无车程序，当有汽车到达隧道口时，隧道口通过光电传感器采集信号，同时将此信号传送至PLC中，在PLC中立即停止执行当前无车程序跳至有车程序，从而控制隧道口的红绿灯亮熄情况；当车全部驶出隧道口后，程序能够自动返回无车程序。在设计中可采用两个隧道口的有车信号互锁，可以避免两隧道口绿灯同时亮的情况，如果系统出错还可以采取报警的方式，可以将交通意外降到最低！通过此设计,我们完成了设计要求的全部功能。
