摘 要
通过对国内外钻井泥浆泵现状的分析,阐述了钻井泥浆泵的发展方向,以及研制轻便钻井泥浆泵过程中应采用的新工艺、新方法和新技术,并展望了轻便钻井泥浆泵的广阔前景。
本文对3NB-1300钻井泥浆泵进行详细的结构设计与分析,重点是对泥浆泵的动力端进行设计与计算。通过本文我们首先认识了解了3NB-1300钻井泥浆泵总体结构和工作原理,从而引出当前结构不合理问题,然后主要以冲程短、泵压偏低为出发点,根据泥浆泵的工作原理,经对有关部分进行分析、计算, 对泥浆泵进行结构设计,以满足现代泥浆泵的钻井工艺。

3NB-1300 Mud Pump --Design of the Power System
ABSTRACT
Through analyzing the state of mud pump all over the world, this thesis elaborates the developing direction of mud pump, and analyzes the new method and technology of manufacturing the portable mud pump. Moreover, this thesis forecasts the broad prospects of the portable mud pump.
This thesis analyzes the overall structure of 3NB-1300 mud pump, and designs the power system. In this thesis, the overall structure and the operating principle of 3NB-1300 mud pump can be firstly understood. Accordingly, this thesis raises the irrational structure of mud pump. Aim at the short stroke of punch and low pump pressure, this thesis analyzes and computes the structure of power system at the basis of the operating principle of mud pump, to meet the drilling technology of the modern mud pump.
