摘 要
为了满足国际市场的需要,石化行业都在不断加大钻井设备的投入,同时加快了老钻机的更新改造和新型轻便钻机的研制步伐,加之国际市场对钻井泵的需求量增大,使得钻井泵的供求矛盾更加突出。随着新钻井工艺的应用和发展,要求开发具有更高更好性能的新型钻井泵。
本文在液力端系统总体结构和工作原理的基础上,对3NB-1300钻井泥浆泵液力端系统进行详细的结构设计与分析,重点对冲程、冲次及液力端易损件进行设计与计算。

3NB-1300 Mud Pump --Design of the Hydraulic System
ABSTRACT
In order to meet the demand of international drilling market, the petrifaction industry are constantly increasing the investment in drilling equipment, and speeding up the upgrading of the old driller and the development of the new driller. With the increased demand of mud pump at the international market, the contradiction between the supply and demand of the mud pump is more prominent. With the application and development of new drilling technology, the market requires the better performance of new drilling pump.
This thesis detailed designs the structure of the hydraulic system of 3NB-1300 mud pump at the basis of overall structure and operating principle, and focus on the design and computing of the stroke, frequency and the wearing part.
