摘 要
中小型物流系统软件主要是为了满足政府部分机关单位和中小型企业业务需要而设计的工作流系统。物流软件是电子商务的重要组成部分，它是针对物流活动进行的管理软件，使物流的生产管理实现自动化。虽然各企业和部门对物流管理的方式和种类有所不同，业务的多样性和多变性决定了软件设计方面的差异性，但基本框架的制定还是大致相同和相似的。因此，对中小型物流系统软件架构方式的研究可以规范物流软件设计的模式，也可为特殊的流程设计提供借鉴。
企业的电子商务化方案设计必须综合考虑到资金、业务范围、地域等因素，对于成本的控制是中小型企业实现电子物流的基础。在设计中小型物流软件时，必须考虑的是用较少的资金来达到优良的物流全程管理与服务。因此，采取流行的J2EE来编写软件，有利于使用较为成熟的架构方式来构建软件的销售管理以及报表系统架构的整体方案，达到经济性和效益的统一。在系统功能实现时，采用目前比较成熟的Struts架构，实现MVC模式，利用xml对软件前台和后台进行控制。三层C/S结构的应用系统对用户端的要求比较低，不会带来客户端软件升级的麻烦，另外也保证jsp页面的协调与统一，使得系统结构十分清晰，容易维护，同时也很好地将前后台隔离，保证了系统安全性。
针对物流的特点和要求，软件需要对物流过程的全程做了业务整合，软件对物流全程进行过程控制，并增加了报表系统，建立了客户信用档案。在报表数据库的连接方面，建立了临时的数据库，使报表数据主要在数据库中存放，避免在数据库中数据在操作的时候由于外界因素造成的报表数据丢失，也保证了数据的安全性和数据在内存中运行的效率。

ABSTRACT
Logistics software is one of the most important constitutes parts of that electronic commerce， it is a management to aim at logistics activity proceed software， making the logistics realize the automation。 medium and mini type Logistics software system primarily is for satisfying government and organizations unit with inside small scaled business enterprise business demand but the work of the design flows the system。 Pass to make use of the logistics system software， government and organizations unit can as to it’s the business process sets up the mold and controls these processes carry out。 Although each business enterprise is different from the section has with category to the way of the logistics， variety of the business are similar to the sex that change software more comes to a decision the difference designs the aspect， the establishment of the basic frame still mostly with resembles of。 Therefore， design to provide to draw lessons from towards win the research that the small scaled logistics system software configure the way can with the norm logistics software design of mode， also can for the special process。
The medium and mini type logistics software system is different from large scale logistics software system， medium and mini type logistics software system must calculate the capital ， operation range， area and something else。 Cost is the base On design the medium and mini type logistics corporation software。 In design of this software， it need pay less money to finish a high management and response。 Adopt the popular type J2EE to finish this software can help design the soft engineering of perfect management and statement system in useful type， according to the characteristics of useful and economics。 When the system function realizes， adopt the current mature Struts configuring， realizing the mode of MVC。 Treat diagram as the stage jsp， model for backstage javabean， make use of the xml to proceed the control with the backstage to the software stage。 Three customer for structural and applied systems in B/ S in layer requests that carry are lower， can’t bring the software that customer carry trouble get stripe， another also guarantee the jsp page coordination with unify， make the system construction very clear， easy maintenance， also and nicely will in front and back the set insulates， guaranteeing the system safety。 Aim at the characteristics and requests of the logistics， the software does the business to integrate to the whole distance of the logistics process， the software carries on the process control to the logistics whole distance， and increased the statement system， building up customer’s reputation file。 Throw to lose because of the statement data that outside factor result in at the time of the statement database linking the aspect， building up the temporary database， making the statement data mainly deposit in the database， avoid in the database data at operate， also guaranteed the safety and data of the data efficiency circulate in the memory。
