基于一种轿车千斤顶专用倒角机设计

摘要
本论文主要介绍千斤顶倒角机的设计方法，内容，过程与组成结构。倒角机作为一个机电一体化的产品，可以分三个系统，一个是机械部分设计，就是机器本身的结构和框架，这个部分的设计就可以看出我们机械设计的功底。这个倒角机的工作原理是这样的：2个汽缸，主汽缸带动水平方向，另外一个负责垂直方向的运动。
主要的运动过程是：先由两个汽缸夹压紧加工件，接着按照下面的仿形导轨来控制主件的滑动轨迹，在滑动的过程中，两边的刀具进行倒角，至于加工件的边上形状是由夹具平台下面的形状来确定的，刀具上装有弹簧。可根据形状沿着垂直主轴方向调整。加工件是由销钉控制对中，所以机器的流程是这样，先放上加工件，夹紧，夹具平台和工件整体沿主轴运动，在运动过程中刀具伸缩地沿平台形状进行倒角，到了主轴的另一端后，取下工件，这样就算倒角结束。
第二部分是气动系统。作为该机器的动力部分，在此我们提供了两种方案供选择：一个是有杆气缸，一个是无杆气缸。这里我们采用的是下压并旋转的气压转角缸，此气缸可靠性强，并且比较耐用，满足我们机械过程中的坚实耐用的原则，也是该机器设计的一个创新点。
第三部分是电器控制系统。主要是对机器采取的控制系统，比如启动，运行，以及停止和紧急制动等。使用虚拟控制面板软件Labview进行简易的理论上的编程，使用简单易懂的结构程序的结构控制整个过程，非常人性化。
