摘 要
聚氯乙烯为白色蜡状半透明材料,柔而韧,可分为低密度聚氯乙烯(LDPVC)和高密度聚氯乙烯(HDPVC)两大类,LDPVC是由乙烯在高压(98-250MPa)下制得,密度大约在0.91-0.92g/m3之间,HDPVC由乙烯在1.0MPa压力下聚合而成,密度较高,约为0.94-0.96 g/cm3t 。聚氯乙烯无毒,具有优异的介电性能,它的玻璃化温度约为一125~C。聚氯乙烯具有优异的化学稳定性,室温下能耐酸和碱,但容易受光氧化、热氧化,在紫外线下还可发生光降解。聚氯乙烯还具有优异的力学性能,其结晶部分赋予聚氯乙烯较高的强度,非结晶部分赋予其良好的柔韧性 。在热塑性材料的软化温度和熔融温度之间使其在纵向或横向拉伸,使分子具有定向性,冷却后使定向性定型,称为定向技术或拉伸技术。拉伸膜(又称拉伸回缩膜、缠绕膜)是一种在常温下具有良好弹性和耐穿刺性能的膜材料,拉伸倍率高达200%-300%,并具有较大的回缩性、持久的束紧力、适宜的透气和透湿性等。。

Abstract
