A.Drugs：NSAIDS
B.Acute stress：direct trauma、major surgery、burn、severe failure、shock、septicemia etc.
C.Alcohol addiction
D.Bacterial infection
3、Classification：acute erosive gastritis、acute nonerosive gastritis
Explain all the dangerous factors that can cause acute gastritis and emphasize the acute erosive gastritis is the most common one
4、Pathogenesis
On the base of etiology above,make students understand the pathogenesis ofacute gastritis
5、History and clinic manifestation：
No correlation exists between histologic gastritis and the presence of gastric symptoms most patients with histologic evidence of acute gastritis are asymptomatic. Occasionally, Suddenly hematemesis or Suddenly melena can be a presenting symptoms.10%-20% of gastrointestinal bleeding patients resulting from acute erosive gastritis. Diagnosis mainly depends on endoscopy
