摘要：本文首先从创新着手，对企业核心竞争力的概念进行了阐释，并对其中的技术创新和管理创新进行了浅析。然后分析了在世界经济全球化和知识化发展的趋势下，中国企业关于创新的核心竞争力的现状和问题，并寻找和提升创新的企业核心竞争力的必要性和可能途径，并指出：企业必须站在发展战略的角度，从管理创新和技术创新的两个层面去寻找、提升企业核心竞争力。创新是形成竞争优势的最重要的动力和源泉，大观现代大型企业基本上都是构筑在创新之上，只有不断的改进和创新才能保持可持续发展。

Abstract: This paper from the innovation, the enterprise's core competitiveness of the concepts are explained, and the technology innovation and management innovation undertook shallow analyse. Then analyzes the globalization of the world economy and knowledge development trend, Chinese enterprises on the creative core competitiveness of the current situation and problems, and to find and promote the innovation of the core competitiveness of enterprises the necessity and the possible ways, and points out : the enterprise must stand in the angle that develops the strategy, from the management innovation and technical innovation two level to find, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Innovation is the formation of competitive advantage is the most important source of power and, in modern large enterprise basically is built in innovation, only continuous improvement and innovation to maintain sustainable development.
