设计题目
运送原料的带式运输机用的圆柱齿轮减速器。设计内容:根据给定的工况参数,选择适当的电动机、选取联轴器、设计V带传动、设计两级齿轮减速器(所有的轴、齿轮、轴承、减速箱体、箱盖以及其他附件)和与输送带连接的联轴器。

运输带拉力 F= 5710 (N)
运输带速度 V= 1.03 (m/s)
滚筒直径 D= 590 (mm)
滚筒及运输带效率=0.94。工作时,载荷有轻微冲击。事内工作,水分和颗粒为正常状态,产品生产批量为成批生产,允许总速比误差<4%,要求齿轮使用寿命为10年,二班工作制,轴承使用寿命不小于15000小时,试设计齿轮减速器(两级)。
