摘要
石油是人类赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础。石油不仅是一种物质财富，更是一种重要的战略资源，影响一国政治经济的稳定与安全。随着各国经济联系日益紧密，石油安全问题已经突显出来。近年来石油资源匮乏和环境污染严重等问题日益凸显，发展石油替代产品的需求已十分迫切。在燃料领域，为了减少石油汽油的消耗和降低环境污染程度，甲醇汽油、乙醇汽油等燃料在全球的推广范围不断扩大。因此研究各国的石油安全问题就显得日益紧迫，加快石油替代品的发展已是迫在眉睫。本文首先分析了发展石油替代品的原因，探讨了各国石油安全所面临的形势；接着对我国石油安全问题进行了细致分析，明确了石油安全的含义，并进一步分析了我国石油安全所面临的风险。最后分析石油替代的发展历史以及各国石油发展的过程及现状，详细介绍了各国石油替代品的成本以及可持续等问题，分析石油替代的发展已经是迫在眉睫。本文研究贴近现实，有自己独立的思考和见解，以面向未来的务实眼光解决石油安全问题，实现各国经济的可持续发展，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Petroleum is the human survival and the development important matter foundation. Oil is not only a kind of material wealth, is a kind of important strategic resources, affect a country’s political and economic stability and security. With the increasingly close economic ties, the petroleum security problem has been highlighted. In recent years the oil resource shortage and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, the development of substitutes for petroleum products demand is very urgent. In the fuel field, in order to reduce the oil consumption of gasoline and reduce environmental pollution, methanol gasoline, ethanol gasoline and other fuels in the global promotion of expanding the scope of. So the study of national oil safety problem becomes increasingly urgent, accelerate the substitute of petroleum development is imminent.This paper first analyzes the development of oil alternatives causes, explores the national oil security situation; then on the Chinese petroleum security problem is analyzed in detail, the petroleum security implications, and further analysis of China’s oil security risk. The final analysis of petroleum substitution and history of the development of national petroleum development process and current situation, introduces the countries oil substitute cost and can last wait for a problem, analysis of oil alternative development is imminent.This paper study the reality of press close to, have their own independent thinking and ideas, to face the future pragmatic vision solve the petroleum security problem, realize national economy sustainable development, has the certain practical significance
