摘要：经济与社会的可持续发展是当今世界的主旋律，每个国家和民族都在为实现自己的可持续发展进行不懈的努力。作为人类社会、经济基础的农业可持续发展更是受到人们的关注。对于有着9亿农民的中国来说，农业可持续发展显得尤为重要。因此，如何实现我国农业可持续发展，成为我国社会主义现代化建设必须优先考虑的问题。本文以湖南岳阳市为例，分析该地区的地区特色，农业生产的有利与不利因素，分析出该地区农业可持续发展的现状；通过对该地区方针政策、地理环境、人文方面的具体分析，得出阻碍该地区农业可持续发展的关键因素；并运用一系列的方法，依靠对本地区具体的分析，找出具有本地特色的、适合本地区发展的农业可持续发展道路。

Abstract: Nowadays the sustainable development of the economic and society is one of the main melody of the world, every country and nation make unremitting efforts to achieve that. As the basis of the human society、economic --- the sustainable development of agriculture is paid close attention by people. Agricultural sustainable development is more important for China which have more than 90 millions farmer. Therefore, how to realize the sustainable development of agriculture in China, has become the preferential problem for China's socialist modernization construction. To address this issue, the paper take Yueyang City in Hunan for an example, analysis of the regional characteristics of the region, the advantages and disadvantages of agricultural production, get the agricultural sustainable development status; Through the detailed analysis of policy、geographical environment、humanistic in that region, we can get the key factors that hinder the sustainable development of agriculture; and then depending on the concrete analysis of that region, use a series of methods, and find out the best agricultural sustainable development way with the local characteristic.
