电气化铁路在提高运输能力，促进经济发展的同时，其牵引负荷的冲击性、
不对称性以及谐波也给电力系统引入了严重的电能质量问题。电牵引负荷的合理
建模对于电力系统电能质量的分析和评估具有重要意义。
本文基于牵引变电所大量实测数据，以典型电力机车——CRH2 型和 SS4G
型机车为例，分析了交直交型机车和交直型机车特征谐波的分布特点，并在
PSCAD 仿真平台上建立了基于概率谐波的机车负荷等效电流源模型。模型避免
了牵引网以及机车控制参数不准确对仿真结果的影响，更接近实际情况。
首先，提出了一种改进的最大熵法，提高了最大熵法的估计精度和估计效率，
并和另一种常用的概率密度函数估计方法——最佳平方逼近法比较，分析了两种
方法的特点和适用范围，为后续谐波概率密度函数的估计提供了有效条件。
其次，基于实测数据分析了交直交型机车和交直型机车的谐波分布特性，考
虑了谐波分布受机车负荷功率大小的影响，利用 MATLAB 接口模块在 PSCAD 仿
真平台上实现了相应的概率谐波电流源。
最后，根据两种机车主电路结构的特点，分别采用搭建物理模型和基于实测
数据计算的方法，建立了机车负荷的基波分量电流源，叠加上相应的概率谐波电
流源，得到了两种牵引负荷的等效电流源模型。

ABSTRACT
Electrical railway has brought a great benefit to transportation and economy. On
the other hand, the traction load has caused great problems of power quality in terms of
voltage fluctuation, negative sequence and harmonic distortion. It is of great
significance to propose a proper traction load model for the analysis and the
assessment of power quality problems.
On the basis of a large amount of measured data from traction substations, this
paper analyses the probabilistic representation of harmonic current generated by
AC-DC locomotives and AC-DC-AC locomotives, taking CRH2 type and SS4G type
as examples. A current source model of each type, considering the random properties
of harmonics, is then set up using the PSCAD/EMTDC software. This model doesn't
require the traction network model or the exact control parameters of the electrical
locomotives, and the results have a better agreement with practical situation.
Firstly, an improved maximum entropy method is proposed, which has a better
accuracy and efficiency than the common one. It is compared with another typical
curve fitting method,the least squares method,in terms of characteristics and applicable
conditions, laying a good foundation for the follow-up harmonics PDF curve fitting.
Secondly, this paper analyses the distribution characteristic of both AC-DC and
AC-DC-AC traction load harmonics. The power variation's influence on harmonic
distribution has been taken into consideration. Using the MATLAB interface module,
the two probabilistic harmonic source models are established .
Thirdly, considering the main circuit's structure of the two types of electrical
locomotive, the two fundamental current sources are set up, using the physical model
and the calculation based on measured data respectively. Adding the fundamental
current source with the corresponding probabilistic harmonics source, the equivalent
current source model of each type of traction load is then achieved.
