本次设计课题是淮阴区丁集镇镇区总体规划及绿野馨苑小区规划设计。在这次毕业设计中通过对丁集镇的实地调查，了解其经济、政治、文化等各方面的发展条件，并结合其镇区现状，参照《村镇规划标准》等规范。对丁集镇进行了远期规划、近期规划，并在此基础上进行道路绿化，工程管线进行了具体的布置同时附有具体的文本说明。最终完成“六图一书”。
在对小区的规划设计中，严格遵守城市居住区规划设计规范。并结合当地实际情况合理采用各项规范指标以“自然亲切，以人为本”的理念为指导,设计一个环境优美、设施完备、舒适安全、富有特色的居住小区。
通过手绘的三幅图——总平面图、道路绿化图、功能分析图，能很准确的展现出本小区的结构布局及道路系统。

standard strictly. And unifies the local actual situation to use each
standard target “to be kind reasonably by the nature, humanist” the idea
is the instruction, Designs an environment exquisitely, the facility

Through receives three chart - - general layouts, the path which draws
afforests the chart, the functional analysis chart, can the very accurate
development this plot structural configuration and the road system.
