摘 要
机械手是一种能模拟人的手臂的部分动作,按预定的程序轨迹极其它要求,实现抓取,搬运工件或操做工具的自动化装置。其主要特点是提高劳动生产率和降低成本,它代替人工操作,大大提高生产的安全性,同时能更好的保证产品精度和质量。目前数控镗铣床基本上是人工上下料,即使在生产线上也少有用到机械手进行上下料操作,本次设计的机械手是用于数控镗铣床加工工件时进行上料下料的工作。尤其适合与自动生产线上,对生产效率的提高和加工质量的保证有着重要的意义。

Abstract
Industrial Robot is a kind of robot arm to simulate the part of the movement of people, according to the scheduled program tracks very other requirements to achieve crawl, porters, or speaking parts of the automated installation tool to do. Its main characteristic is to increase labor productivity and reduce costs, which instead of manual operation, greatly enhance the safety of production, while better able to ensure product accuracy and quality. CNC milling and boring machine is basically the current upper and lower artificial materials, even in the production line and very few materials used in mechanical hand up and down operation, the design of this robot is used for CNC milling and boring machine workpiece material when loading the next task. In particular, suitable for use with automatic production line, production efficiency and quality assurance process has important significance.
